My work is grounded in evidence-based science and a clear understanding of how hormonal changes, stress load, recovery, and daily habits shape how you feel in midlife.

Rather than applying rigid plans or quick fixes, I work with what is already happening in your body — prioritising regulation before optimisation, and stability before change.

The work is structured, but not prescriptive. It focuses on small, meaningful shifts that support more stable energy, better sleep, and greater resilience over time.

Rather than pushing for change, we follow a structured sequence—prioritising regulation and stability before anything else.

If your energy feels unpredictable, your sleep inconsistent, or your body more sensitive to stress than before — this is where we begin.
